Custom Orders: All custom orders placed with RabbitJax Clothing are considered final and non-refundable. Once you have submitted your order and provided specific customization details, our team begins the production process. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive a defective item or if there is an error on our part, such as an incorrect size, color, or design, we will gladly rectify the issue. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order, providing detailed information and supporting evidence (e.g., photographs) of the defect or error. Our team will assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or appropriate compensation.
Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We encourage you to double-check all customization details before submitting your order to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Sizing and Measurements: To ensure a proper fit, we provide comprehensive size charts and measurement guidelines on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review these details and provide accurate measurements when placing a custom order. RabbitJax Clothing cannot be held liable for incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges for custom-made clothing as each item is uniquely tailored to the customer's specifications. Therefore, we recommend reviewing our size charts and measurement guidelines carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy for RabbitJax Clothing - Ready-to-Wear Items
Thank you for choosing RabbitJax Clothing for your fashion needs. We strive to provide you with high-quality ready-to-wear garments. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Please review our return policy below.
- Only ready-to-wear items are eligible for returns. This includes clothing, accessories, and footwear.
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot process any returns.
- The date of purchase is determined by the original receipt or order confirmation.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email. They will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and guide you through the process.
- The RAN must be clearly written on the outside of the package when returning the item.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the product received was defective.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
- RabbitJax Clothing will not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
- Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

- Swimwear (for hygienic reasons)
